The SNF Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Oil & Mining businesses of Hychem, Inc. in the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K., the Middle East, and the Far East. This acquisition will become effective on January 1, 2015.
The Hychem business units will be divided among current SNF Group business units as follows:
- Oilfield customers of Hychem, Inc. will be managed by SNF Inc.
- Oilfield customers of Hychem (U.K.) Ltd., Hychem Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and Hychem (M.E.) Ltd. will be managed by SNF (U.K.) Ltd.
- Oilfield customers of Hychem Canada will be managed by SNF Canada.
- Mining customers of Hychem, Inc., Hychem Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and Hychem (M.E.) Ltd. will be managed by SNF Inc.
