On February 1, 2021, SNF Holding Company purchased the polymer supply and service business of Fort Bend Services Inc. (FBS; Stafford, TX). This business will begin reporting to and transition over to SNF Polydyne Inc. (Polydyne), based in Riceboro, GA.
FBS customers will continue to place orders for FBS products and services as usual. The team responsible for the transition will communicate any changes to those procedures as we advance. Transition is expected to be complete within Q1 2021.
