SNF Flopam in Plaquemine, Louisiana, has been awarded the 2015 Most Improved Performance Award given by the Louisiana Chemistry Association’s (LCA) Serious About Fostering Excellence (SAFE) Program. SAFE is a voluntary program designed to help each LCA member evaluate, monitor, and improve environmental performance, and personnel safety.
The award was presented to Gary Dismukes, Safety Manager for SNF Flopam by Tom Yura, Chairman of the LCA Board of Directors & Dorinda Folse, Area Director for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) at the LCA Award Ceremony on October 23, 2015.
