The Stockton Borough Council has mandated that all deliveries to the SNF Oil & Gas Billingham Manufacturing Site follow the below designated delivery transport route.

- From the A19 North or South direction take the A689 roundabout East towards Seal Sands.
- At the next roundabout take 3rd exit towards Cowpen Bewley / Seal Sands A1185.
- At roundabout take the 3rd exit to Seaton Carew Road heading South.
- Bear right onto A1046 Port Clarence Road.
- Turn right onto B1275 Hope Street.
- Turn left onto B1275 Leaven Street.
- At the next roundabout take the 1st exit.
- Turn left onto Belasis Avenue continue over the red rail bridge.
- For deliveries take the 2nd entrance on left into the SNF Oil & Gas manufacturing site as shown below:
