The SNF Group is pleased to announce the successful start up of 60,000 metric tonnes (MT) of new emulsion polyacrylamide capacity at our Plaquemine, Louisiana site effective February, 2015. When combined with the current production capacity of our Riceboro, Georgia facility, total emulsion capacity rises by 20% to 360,000 MT.
SNF also produces 60,000 MT of polyacrylamide powders in Plaquemine, Louisiana and 100,000 MT in Riceboro, Georgia for an overall U.S. powder capacity of 160,000 MT.
